We dine as intensively as we ski and so pick our chefs carefully which means
we can take pride in their ability to cook to high standard and the ease with
which they can accommodate any special requirement of our guests during their
stay. We use local, fresh ingredients to prepare a culinary delight for you
each evening you dine with us.
Your day will begin with a cooked breakfast, we guide you to one of the
many excellent mountain-top restaurants for lunch, afternoon tea is served
in the lounge upon your return and we do dinner in style with four courses,
accompanied by our personally selected house wines and if your tastes prefer,
we have a well-stocked wine cellar.
